Civil records, family decisions and Turkish property
If you are divorced, establish which decision ended the marriage and what proves its finality. A municipal extract may evidence status without containing support or child-related terms. Administrative registration in Turkey and judicial recognition or enforcement are separate routes. Explain whether Turkish records already show the foreign event.
Prepare the Turkish part of the matter
An inheritance may require connecting Dutch birth and marriage records with a Turkish family record. Earlier names, marriages and differences in spelling should be explained by official evidence. A Dutch document’s availability does not by itself resolve Turkish land ownership, the applicable succession law or a co-heir dispute.
